Shipping & Returns


  • ORDER PROCESSING takes 1-3 business days.
  • ONCE SHIPPED: Packages are guaranteed to arrive within 5-7  business days.
  • TRACKING NUMBERS will be provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered.
  • You will receive an email once your order is shipped, with your tracking number.
  • International orders are final sale


 Thank you so much for shopping with us! While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that item you've been waiting for doesn't fit quite right. In that case, follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned:

Return Policy 

  • We accept Store Credit returns ONLY on New/Unworn/Full Price clothing, with the original tags attached; within 14 days from when your order/purchase was made.
  • Anything returned to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied.
  • If the return is denied, you will pay for it to be shipped back to you.
  • We do not issue monetary refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
  • All returnable items may be exchanged for Store Credit Only.  
  • Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • For Returns, ALL Purchases are Store Credit ONLY , clothing and accessories may be exchanged or redeemed for store credit within the 14 days of purchase. 


To be eligible for a full in store Credit refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 1-3 business days. The Store Credit will be send to your email with in 5-10 business days after it has been inspected. 


If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately at with headline 'Cancel' or 'Amend' in the subject line.

Lost or Stolen Items

NDS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking number shows your package as "delivered" and you believe it to be lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS

Damaged Package

NDS Boutique is not responsible for packaging that was damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged packaged, take a look inside if any of your items were damaged. If they were, you can file a claim with USPS.
